To exchange or return an item, here’s what you need to know: You have 90 days after purchase to exchange or return, unless noted in our exceptions. You can return items by mail. Please provide your on-line receipt/order number & we will refund the purchase price & applicable taxes & fees to the original form of payment.
Extended holiday returns
Items purchased online from October 1, of current year, through December 31, of current year are returnable until January 31st, of the following year.
Damaged or defective items
If an item you received from UpsideDown Creations is damaged or defective, you can return by mail for a refund or replacement.
Our refund & exchange exceptions:
UpsideDown Creations reserves the right to limit or decline returns or exchanges regardless of whether the customer has a receipt/order number. All returns without a receipt/order number are subject to a refund verification process. Refunds issued for lost items are subject to recharge if UpsideDown Creations or the seller can verify delivery or frequent abuse. All decisions regarding returns are subject to applicable laws. The Manager retains final authority to accept or decline any item that is eligible for return. Under no circumstance may a Manager accept return of an ineligible item. Managers may always, at their discretion, refuse return of an item they deem to present a potential health or safety risk to any individual.
